DOGA Mentoring Programme
The DOGA Membership Subcommittee hosted a 20th anniversary luncheon as the kick-off event for the Mentoring Programme on 31st January 2026 at the China Club.
They were thrilled to welcome 125 mentors and mentees. This year, they successfully matched 98 pairs, with the top three disciplines being Medicine, Banking & Finance, and Legal.
A highlight was the fireside chat with Ms Benita Yu and her mentees, Ginny Ng and Peony Leung, who shared candid reflections on mentorship and professional growth.
The luncheon provided a valuable opportunity for participants across different years to connect, strengthening the ties that make the DOGA Mentorship Programme so impactful.
