Gugelhupf Baking Class
The Social Subcommittee organised a Gugelhupf baking class at the prestigious Heimat by Peter Find, a Michelin-starred restaurant, on 14th June 2025.
Eighteen alumni and seven children joined Chef Find on Saturday morning to learn how to make this classic favorite German bundt cake from scratch. The highlight was decorating the cakes with vanilla, chocolate, and caramel buttercream, plus candies and gummies. Participants also sampled unique treats including ginger and chili-flavored gummies. Everyone enjoyed the hands-on baking session and took home two Gugelhupfs - one freshly baked and one beautifully decorated - just in time for Father's Day weekend.
