HK Style Milk Tea Brewing Workshop
The Social subcommittee organized a Signature Hong Kong Style Milk Tea Brewing Workshop on 29th April 2023.
Winners of the International & Greater Bay Area KamCha Competition (金茶王) taught our alumnae about the history of Hong Kong style milk tea, fundamental knowledge of blended tea, as well as unique brewing methods. Participants brewed their own milk tea with customized blended tea and they appreciated this special beverage even more after learning about the intricate details behind the brewing process. KamCha champion Master Yip also gave one-on-one sessions to critique each participant’s tea.
