DGS Alumnae Orchestra Summer Concert
Under the baton of Ms. Synthia Ko, former DGS music teacher, the DGS Alumnae Orchestra* held their summer concert on 13th July 2019.
It was a great occasion for reminiscence, as different generations of musicians who had played and competed for the school as students had the opportunity to perform as an orchestral group again. Highlights of the concert included a number of solo performances from our talented alumnae including Winnie Nieh (soprano, class of 2003), Lai Bo Ling (piano, class of 2006), and Cecilia Chan (cello, class of 2010). There was also a guest performance by Derek Wu of DBS on the trumpet.
