We are pleased to invite speaker & instructor Ms. Josephine Wong to share with us on the topic “Health Regimen From Stretching & Myofascial Release” - 保健伸展及肌筋膜放鬆. This zoom workshop combines the theory & practice of gentle stretches and myofascial trigger point massage to help alleviate muscle tension and joint pain. With regular practice it helps to increase flexibility and range of motion, as well as prevent injury.
