The Career Talk is organized by the Finance Group of the Membership Subcommittee, opened exclusively to DOGA members*. It is designed for current university students in all curriculum and with a career interest in finance. Recent university graduates are also welcome.

Investment Banking, Private Banking, Corporate and Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking, Asset Management, Sales and Trading, Broking and Dealing, Regulatory and Advisory………..the list can go on. If you are interested to know the diversity of the finance industry, opportunities that are opened and how to prepare yourself, you are invited to come to this Career Talk.

Anna Wong, Professor of Practice in Finance at the University of Hong Kong, is currently teaching compliance and regulations. Prior to joining the University, Anna has extensive experience in the finance industry covering private bank, corporate bank, securities and investment, risk and compliance.

We have invited a number of young professionals who are working in investment bank, asset management, corporate and consumer bank and advisory to share their personal experience in their job seeking and career development The speaker will provide a short overview about the industry, participants would then break into small groups for in-depth chatting with young professionals in the respective sector.
