DOGA Cooking Class on 25 June

Come join us for this tantalizing culinary experience that includes hands-on practice in Italian cooking and a sumptuous 4-course luncheon with wine.

In this 4-hour cooking and gourmet luncheon experience, you will receive cooking instructions from Master Chef Marco Maggio and his assistant. Marco has over 20 years of experience in food service and was asked to open 'Aqua' (an award-winning restaurant in Hong Kong) in both Rome and Tokyo. Learn from Marco an understanding of a range of cooking ingredients, technique and appliances from around the world.
