Needle Felted Animals Online Workshop

DOGA Art Club successfully conducted its first Needle Felted Animals Online Workshop on 6th June 2020. Prior to the workshop, each participant received a set of materials consisting of different colour wool fibres, sharp barbed needles and a foam working platform. During the workshop, two cameras were set up, one focused on the instructor and the other on the working platform, enabling participants to have a clear view of each step. Needle felting requires patience and time. After learning the basic techniques, participants carefully poked their needles repeatedly onto the wool fibre to sculpt it into the shape of their animals. Although it was not possible to complete the final product within the one-hour workshop, everyone enjoyed the session. We are sure they will continue to have hours of fun sculpting their beloved animals at home.
