Mentoring Program

Drawing from the reserves of knowledge and working experience of alumnae, DOGA has been offering a twelve-month Mentoring Program for both local and overseas old girls, where close to 600 members have benefited since 2006. Each year, mentors and mentees are paired in learning partnerships, with the benefit of expanding the mentees’ skills and competency in their field of career choices. Many mentees have found the opportunity to be a nurturing one, especially when they have the opportunity to be placed under the guidance of alumnae in an unfamiliar workplace for the first time.

University Groups

S6 graduates are invited to join University Group Chats (via Zoom), where you can receive tips on admissions, and gain insights into different university programmes as well as words of support and encouragement.

Matriculated students can join their respective University Groups, which will serve as a platform for networking and provision of support over your time at college. For example, pre-college information sessions are held before the new academic year commences, where students can get to know existing DGS alumnae studying or working at the various universities, who can answer any questions particular to life at their college and share their insights on programs and opportunities available to students.
